80's Ruffled Blue and Black Abstract Stripe Dress by Lizzy & Johnny carnival bead overlapped seam in center backThis 1980s dress in blue and black with op art design is really fun! It's flirty, with the tiered ruffled skirt and drop waist which is tight around the hips. There is a draped peplum that is shirred at the sides and which is attached to an elastic dropped waist. The fabric is polyester jacquard, with a shiny circle weave over the geometric striped design. Dress pulls over the head, no zipper. Size 6. Excellent condition. Measurements Shoulder 14"
