Likely from the 70s 80s. 14 petite but please read measurements. Skirt elastic waist is approx 13. 5 across with lots of stretch, 27. 5 long. Top is 20 underarm to underarm, 25 long, 16 across back shoulders. Double row of buttons down the front fabric between the two lapels. Shoulder pads easy to remove if you prefer. They are just tacked on on both ends. Polyester, machine
