it states:
Germany, Hj. A Golden Honour Badge Hold Not long after arrival(Goldenes HJ Ehrenzeichen). Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 17. 10 mm (w) x 28. 62 mm (h), weighing 3. 5 grams, with minor flecking of enamels evident, in near extremely fine condition.
