A bronze medal, the obverse centre depicts the embossed triumphal arch Arco dei Fileni of Brega, on either side is a swastika and fasces, under the arch is a Savoyard knot, all this is enclosed by the inscription ITALIENISCH DEUTSCHER FELDZUG IN AFRIKA and CAMPAGNA ITALO TEDESCA IN AFRICA, each separated by laurel leaves and oak leaves, the reverse centre presents a pair of soldiers in antique
