Raposeras is made with grapes from a singular vineyard planted in 1916 by Juan Antonio's own great grandfather
Pinot noir plots are located at the bottom of the hillsides on the clayey soils of the hill
so this (delicious) wine is bottled under the IGP d'Urfé
It’s a slow burn to start with but aromatic intensity builds in this wine as it throws off the shackles of extreme youth and the effects of bottling

The palate is characterised by good body and exceptional smoothness, followed by lively, young tannin with lingering persistency. Elegant, clean finish.
