Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse pinned with a gilded bronze anchor and chevron, the reverse with a zink backplate, the obverse adornments with all reverse attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
