In silver with green enameled laurels and centre, white enameled Maltese cross, gold centre insignia, silver hallmarked on both suspension ring as well as laurel tassels with eagles head denoting French manufacture, likely Halley, Paris being a prominent manufacture of Honduran awards, measuring 56. 5 mm (w) x 84 mm (h inclusive of laurel suspension with ring), a worn award with contact and some minor enamel loss, remains fine.
