Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white rayon piping and gold bullion wire tresses, bisected at the middle by a red rayon tresse, trimmed with gold bullion wire piping and overlaid by oak leaves of identical construction, with a central white rayon disc trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, overlaid by a multi piece black rayon swastika also highlighted with gold bullion wire,
