Constructed of silver with Gold and multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant starburst, overlaid by a central blue enameled medallion bearing a leftward facing Gold profile of Philip I, situated within a white enameled ring bearing a Gold inscription of SI DEUS NOBIS CUM QUIS CONTRA NOS (IF GOD IS
