A Rare 1939-40 German Commemorative War Medal Archive at the beginning of WorldMedal is die struck in bronzed iron (magnetic), 32. 14mm, it weighs 14. 4 grams, in mint condition, unmarked, with original ribbon. Very rare. Footnote: In 1971 72, in Frankfurt, a local coin medal dealer collector, his last name is Granass, bought a small quantity of these medals (20 30 pcs) directly from a director, Mr. Ferdinand Wiedmann; at the time factory was being closed down, and during a clean up, a small batch of these medals was discovered.
