Germany, NSDAP. A Leiter eine Stelle Armband, Reichs-Level Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic consisting of 1) A DRK(NSDAP Armbinde Reichsleitung Leiter einer Stelle). Constructed of red wool, both the top and bottom edges trimmed with golden yellow piping, bordered along each edge with a red rayon tresse decorated with gold celleon wire oak leaves, bearing a central white rayon disc trimmed with a golden yellow celleon border, in turn overlaid by a black multi piece mobile swastika similarly bordered by golden yellow celleon, unmarked and unstitched, measuring 13
