Constructed of silver, the obverse with raised profiles of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Kaiserin Augusta Victoria, circumscribed by names and titles, the reverse with a central inscription of SEID FRHLICH IN HOFFNUNG GEDULDIG IN TRBSAL HALTET AM GEBET (REJOICE IN HOPE, PATIENT IN TRIBULATION, FIRM IN PRAYER), above an inscription of RMER C. 12 V. 12 (ROMANS
