IHG® Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with BIM Group, has announced the development of the first InterContinental branded valley resort in Vietnam. The agreement was signed on September 15, 2023, marking a significant milestone for both companies.
Situated in the Thanh Xuan Valley Tourism Urban Area, the InterContinental Thanh Xuan Valley Resort is set amidst a picturesque landscape spanning 170 hectares. Surrounded by lush pine forests, majestic mountains, pristine lakes, and serene streams, the resort offers a truly unique and tranquil experience. Its location near Hanoi, within a 60-minute drive, makes it easily accessible for guests seeking an exceptional getaway.
Scheduled to open its doors in 2027, the InterContinental Thanh Xuan Valley Resort will boast 171 hotel rooms and 97 private villas, all designed to meet IHG’s global 5-star standards. Guests can indulge in luxurious amenities such as upscale dining options, a spa and wellness area, an infinity pool, and conference facilities. One of the resort’s standout features will be the introduction of “tree-top villas,” providing an unprecedented experience of staying in elevated hotel rooms nestled within the trees.
